Nadira Taylor - President, Principal Broker & Senior Property Manager

Nadira Taylor, founded Diamond Mine Real Estate in 2016. She started her business after over 15 years in the real estate field. She’s held positions as Property Manager after obtaining her PM Certificate from NYU, Director of Compliance and Asset Manager. Diamond Mine Real Estate was created to provide excellent real estate services that she was trained to give as well as, open doors and opportunities for individuals in the communities it serves.

  • Property Management: We provide a comprehensive service that oversee leasing, marketing, daily building operations, budgeting, financial planning, 24-hour response, restoration and repair projects.

  • Consulting: DMRE provides consulting on real estate related matters. We’ve been the liaison between organizations and the Attorney General’s office in reference to real property matters.

  • Residential Sales:  For the past two years we’ve been assisting families obtain affordable homes using a plethora of programs providing down payment assistance, 100% financing and grant assistance.

  • Construction Management: We’ve started a program that allows our investing clientele to partake in the investment industry while maintaining their position in the workforce. Our construction managers oversee the daily construction operations so our clients can generate consistent and sustainable returns.

  • 19 years’ experience in all aspects of real estate.
