Rent bills are mailed 5 days prior to the 1st. Emails are sent on the first. Text messages are sent on the 5th.
Distribution of building rules are given on contract signing and necessary notices will be distributed as needed. We're confident that in establishing procedures are diligently followed.

We offer multiple customer service options in a fast-paced world. We offer live chat, email, Zoom, phone and in-person meetings and help sessions. We track owner and tenant interactions with DMRE allowing us to maintain a digital concierge service.
As we acquire new buildings to manage, we draft a personal "Building Book" for each building. The book is the brain displaying the body of the building. It will have records of insurances, building contracts (ie: elevator, cleaning, etc), copies of most current leases, etc. Both the building and the management office will be equipped with a copy so that onsite managers, maintenance workers and in office staff will always be on the same page.

Our Systems and Processes
We provide easy to read reports that are readily available to owners. Our documents are saved on a shared server that is FedRamp secure. Tenants are able to pay and submit maintenance request through a tenant portal and app. We believe making “maintenance calls” convenient, followed by a 24hr response time; reduces long term maintenance issues.
