Rental Marketing
We're currently affiliated with multiple listing services that are picked up by other real estate search engines.
Inspections
We perform random in home inspections. We do power quality surveys to make sure that items such as elevators, boilers/furnaces are running on adequate power supply.
Maintenance
Maintenance issues will be addressed within 24 hours, providing prompt maintenance service to all the problems that tenants might face.
Rent Collection
Rent bills are mailed 5 days prior to the 1st. Emails are sent on the first. Text/SMS messages are sent out on the 5th.
Tenant Screening
We run tenant screenings: credit, criminal & background and prior eviction checks.
Enforcement
Distribution of building rules are given on contract signing and necessary notices will be distributed as needed.

We manage your investment properties from start to finish, including advertising, marketing of your property, tenant showings, application screenings, credit, criminal and background checks,
lease execution and renewals, property maintenance inspections, property maintenance requests,
rent collection, legal and eviction issues, rental tax filings, property inspections, move in and
move outs and full accounting.

a shared server that is FedRamp secure. Tenants are able to pay and submit maintenance request
through a tenant portal and app. We believe making “maintenance calls” convenient, followed by
a 24hr response time; reduces long term maintenance issues.
We offer multiple customer service options in a fast-paced world. We offer live chat, email,
Zoom, phone and in-person meetings and help sessions. We track owner and tenant interactions
with DMRE allowing us to maintain a digital concierge service.
